1. Shipping Locations We currently offer shipping strictly within India. We do not process international orders at this time.

2. Shipping Costs We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across India. There are no hidden fees or surprise delivery charges at checkout.

3. Order Processing Time All orders are sent to our fulfillment partners for processing within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has officially shipped.

4. Estimated Delivery Time Since we utilize a dropshipping fulfillment model to bring you the best products at the best prices, delivery times may vary slightly depending on the supplier and your exact location in India.

  • Standard Delivery: 5 to 10 business days after the order has been processed and dispatched.

  • Please note that delivery to remote locations or certain PIN codes may take slightly longer.

5. Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the courier’s system.

6. Delays and Unforeseen Circumstances While we strive to meet our delivery estimates, occasionally packages may be delayed due to factors outside of our control (such as severe weather, natural disasters, courier strikes, or logistical issues). If your order experiences a significant delay, please contact us so we can investigate it with our shipping partners.

7. Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses Zenaisle is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or invalid addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the package.
